The aim of this seminar is to highlight and discuss evidence based research addressing the increased risk of Falls in individuals living with dementia

 

-Does clinical practice align with research evidence? 

-what factors may mediate the increased risk of falls in dementia and indeed in cognitive impairment?

-what can we do to ameliorate risk factors and to prevent falls?
