Professor Nicola Gray
Professor of Psychology (01792) 602006
Professor Gray has undergraduate and Master’s degrees and a doctorate, all in Psychology, from the University of London. She has spent her career as a clinical-academic working in secure mental health facilities.
Professor Gray is the Director of the Wales Applied Risk Research Network and a Consultant Clinical & Forensic Psychologist in Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board. She is the co-lead on CADR’s crosscutting theme of NHS collaboration.
Professor Gray is responsible for grant capture and publications on prevention and intervention of suicide and safety planning in older adults (particularly those in contact with older adult NHS services).
